• All products are wrapped in their original packaging and sent in an opaque envelope.
  
• Bubble lined envelope will be provided as and when necessary to prevent possible damage during delivery.
• Local orders shipping charges are sent by standard post.
• If you require orders to be sent by registered post, please include another SGD$3.00 in your payment.
• It is advisable to opt for registered post as we are not responsible for any items that are lost in the course of delivery.
• We ship overseas to most countries by Singapore Post and will inform overseas customers of the shipping charges through email.
